At Changing Together, we are more than just a charity; we are a community dedicated to uplifting others. Our mission is to address the critical issues of displacement, mental health, and substance abuse. We believe in the strength of human connection and the power of collective action. We strive to create a safe environment where individuals find hope, healing, and a brighter future.
Mental Health Support
We provide comprehensive mental health services utlizing the resileince of others through a varaince of theraputic practices the enable them to move forward with furtherment of their future. These inlcude counseling, Cognitive Based Therapy, Life Skills, social interaction, medication, family develpemental growth sessions and relatibility through sessions. We are dedicated to not only being there to give our peers a start, we are there to help see them through every step of the way.
Displacement Assistance
Our outreach programs assist individuals and families facing displacement offering housing support, legal aid, and resources to rebuild their lives. We provide housing resources for people through temporary, permanent, education based, emergency, Sober, emotionally distraught through experience, progressive and adjustment housing. We believe all solid foundations start within a solid home.
Substance Abuse Recovery
We offer recovery programs designed to guide individuals through the healing process, fostering a path to sobriety and empowerment. Our primary focus is on the epdemic that plaques our nation. In oversoming these challenges we work with individuals on basis that assists them in groing through these temporary set backs.
Community Engagement
We engage with local community leaders, Mayors, Congressman, Commissioners, film industry executives, musicians as well as countless organizaatios in creating a synergy to create results in the temporary struggles others face.
